The HWK-290 here was used to experiment with some colours before painting the Lancer Pursuit Craft. I had the HWK hanging around so figured I’d use it as the test piece.
Lancer Pursuit Craft
The Lancer Pursuit Craft was painted based on the success of the HWK-290. The engines were tricky to get right – getting the “glow” effect around them and having them having have a gradient of blues within them took a few attempts.
VT-49 Decimators
Painting of Fire and Ice. I originally painted these in plain grey, with just a spot of blue or red detail on the back of the wings, but I figured this was pretty boring, so I experimented with some glazing along the front of the hull wings.
