Imperial Guard

These were the first “people” miniatures that I’ve pained for about 25 years.  I’ve since learned of what a wet palette is and have also started experimenting with proper blending.

e-bay Rescues

These guys were part of a collection I bought from ebay with the intention of stripping down to plastic and re-painting, and then selling on ebay.

Super Saturated in Red

I had to de-saturate the colour after I took photos – I used GIMP for this.   The digital camera makes the red look really bright but in fact it’s quite dull and matt.

The models have been varnished using Vallejo’s Matt varnish.
